Memory
A bot remembers only what it is asked to. Say “remember that I prefer reports as a table”, and it saves that; it does not quietly collect notes from every conversation.
Memory is yours
Section titled “Memory is yours”Everything a bot remembers is about you, for you. Another member talking to the same bot never sees it, and the bot never uses it in their conversations.
There are two kinds:
- What one bot remembers about you — saved in your conversations with that bot.
- Your notes for all your bots — facts you add yourself that every bot you talk to can use.
How it is used
Section titled “How it is used”Before each reply, the bot is shown the few memories that match your message, not all of them. Ask “what do you remember about me?” and it reads the full list.
Forgetting
Section titled “Forgetting”- Open All memories in the bot’s details pane and remove an entry.
- Forget all removes everything that bot remembers about you.
Forgetting deletes permanently.
