Bots are shared by the workspace. What you say to them is not.

  • Your conversations with a bot. Another member gets “not found”, whatever their role.
  • What a bot remembers about you. See Memory.
  • Your routines. They run in your conversation and only you see them.
  • Plugins you install as “Only me”. Your credential is used only in your conversations.
  • Bots, their instructions and settings
  • Skills, plugins installed for the workspace, and HTTP tools
  • Group chats

Only you can give someone your conversation, and only on purpose. A bot can pass work to another bot, but it can never hand your conversation to a person.

A request made with an API token acts for the member who created it, for that member’s conversations and memory. Once that person leaves the workspace, the token can no longer read or start anyone’s private conversations.
